Description
Tbc Saudi Arabia 1 is a Generation III+ nuclear reactor being developed by State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom, the main contractor for the project.
The 1,400MW reactor is currently owned and will be operated by King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy.
It will feature 163 fuel assemblies in the core of reactor, the place where fission occurs and energy is released.
