The proportion of solar technology contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the quarter was as follows:
- Project Implementation with 60 contracts and a 38.7% share
- Power Purchase Agreement: 55 contracts and a 35.5% share
- Supply & Erection: 30 contracts and a 19.4% share
- Electricity Supply: six contracts and a 3.9% share
- Consulting & Similar Services: three contracts and a 1.9% share
- Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: one contract and a 0.6% share.

India was the top country in the Asia-Pacific region for solar technology contracts recorded in Q3 2021 with 45 contracts and a 29% share, followed by China with 33 contracts and a 21.3% share and Malaysia with 27 contracts and a 17.4% share.
