The project is being developed by PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy and PT Tangkuban Parahu Geothermal Power. These companies also have ownership stakes in the project.
The geothermal power project will consists of 2 turbines each with 55 MW nameplate capacity.

PGE mainly carries out its business through its subsidiaries, namely, Area Geothermal Kamojang, Area Geothermal Lahendong, and Area Geothermal Sibayak. The company’s wholly owned operations are in states of Kamojang, Lahendong, and Siba Yak. It also operates through joint operation with different companies in Salak, Darajat, Wayang Windu, and Geodpa. The company markets its products through PT PLN Persero. The company is headquartered in Jakarta Indonesia.
