The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 4.99% in July 2021 when compared with June 2021.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Schneider Electric IT hiring in July 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Schneider Electric, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 61.39% in July 2021, and a 33.33% drop over June 2021, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 13.86% in July 2021, and registered a flat growth. Computer Support Specialists held a share of 12.87% in July 2021, a flat growth from June 2021.

North America emerged as the leading region in the global power IT hiring activity in July 2021 with a 40.59% share, which marked a 19.61% drop over the previous month.
Asia-Pacific stood next with 35.64%, registering a 25% month-on-month decline. Europe was the third leading region with a 17.82% share and a 40% drop over June 2021.
In the fourth place was Middle East & Africa with a share of 4.95% and a month-on-month increase of 25%.South & Central America stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 0.99%, registering a flat growth over the previous month.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s power industry IT hiring activity with a 31.68% share in July 2021, a 23.81% decline over June 2021. India featured next with a 23.76% share, up 26.32% over the previous month. United Kingdom recorded a 6.93% share, an increase of 75% compared with June 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead Schneider Electric IT hiring activity in July 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 62.38%, down by 34.38% from June 2021. Mid Level positions with a 28.71% share, a growth of 11.54% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 8.91% share, down 18.18% over June 2021.
