The top issuers of contracts for the quarter in terms of power capacity involved in Middle East and Africa were:

  1. Saudi Power Procurement (Saudi Arabia): 2,970MW from seven contracts
  2. Ministry of Electricity, Iraq (Iraq): 2,000MW from one contract
  3. ACWA Power International (Saudi Arabia) and The Saudi Public Investment Fund (Saudi Arabia): 1,500MW capacity from one contract.

The top winners of contracts for the quarter in terms of power capacity involved in Middle East and Africa were:

  1. Abu Dhabi Future Energy (United Arab Emirates): 2,600MW from three contracts
  2. ACWA Power International (Saudi Arabia): 2,500MW from four contracts
  3. Larsen & Toubro (India): 1,800MW capacity from two contracts.
