The top issuers of tenders for the month in terms of power capacity involved in Europe were:

  1. Ministry of Climate (Poland): 3,200MW from one tender
  2. Hrvatski Operator Trzista Energije (Croatia): 88MW from one tender
  3. Arkadikos Ilios Ena: 50MW capacity from one tender.
