According to the International Energy Agency (IEA), governments around the world are considering huge economic packages to help their economies face the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic.
The packages, said the IEA, will be similar to the ones put in effect after the 2008 economic crisis and “will shape countries’ infrastructure for decades to come.”

The pandemic is having a significant impact on the energy industry and the IEA said governments should include clean energy in their stimulus plans if they want to rip both short-term and long-term benefits.
