Power Plant stood at first place when compared with other power tender categories in the Europe region in October 2019 with 62 contracts and a 53.4% share, followed by Electricity Procurement with 21 contracts and an 18.1% share and Generation Equipment with 20 contracts and a 17.2% share during the month.
The proportion of contracts by category tracked by GlobalData in the month was as follows:
- Supply & Erection: 13 contracts and a 65% share
- Repair, Maintenance, Upgrade & Others: five contracts and a 25% share
- Project Implementation: two contracts and a 10% share.
Wind is top technology for Europe generation equipment contracts in October 2019
