Greece was the top country in the Europe region for wind technology contracts recorded in July 2019 with nine contracts and a 37.5% share, followed by the Netherlands with four contracts and a 16.7% share and Germany with four contracts and a 16.7% share.

- Eneco Holding (Netherlands): 382.7MW from one contract
- Danske Commodities (Denmark): 281MW from one contract
